Job Purpose:      Manage the technical aspects of NICE Actimize
product deployments at customer sites while providing hands-on technical
implementation services.

Main Responsibilities and
Deliverables:

1.                 
Implement
custom deployments of various NICE product suites for clients

2.                 
Integrate
NICE's applications with Oracle, MSSQL, Webservices, Flat Files, and other
backend enterprise systems using ETL, XML, and scripting languages

3.                 
Work
closely with customer IT organizations and NICE Actimize Architects, BAs, and
R&D teams

4.                 
Address
Technical Issues with deployments and Client's environment, leveraging internal
and external resources where required.

5.                 
Participate
in knowledge transfer activities as required

6.                 
Accurately
track effort on tasks - recognize scope and effort variances early, evaluate
impact and raise issues as appropriate.

7.                 
Build
relationships with customer project team members.

8.                 
Use best
practice methods, quality standards, and guidelines on all project phases

9.                 
Travels to
customer site to conduct work in a professional and organized manner
